ABOUT ME

Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Australian E-health Research Center, CSIRO. I specialise in Medical AI, Multimodal Machine Learning and Topological Data Analysis. I persued my Ph.D. in Computer Science in University of Sydney and my B.Eng in Electrical Engineering in a joint program of University of Sydney and Harbin Institute of Technology.

SUMMARY

  • 4 years of research & development on Medical Computer Vision, Multimodal Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Topological Pattern Recognition, and translational medical applications.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical experts in 3 major hospitals and industry partners.
  • Took leadership through 6 successful projects (using Agile methodology), course management (more than 150 students) and session chairing in an international conference (ICARCV, Singapore).
